Manager is not inviting or welcoming to the customers. Manager also lied to me about the price of a small fountain drink. She... claimed it was almost double the actual price. I ordered table service where they bring the food to your table. I was waitingfor my order for a long time just to realize my order is sitting on the front counter and no workers could take the 5 seconds towalk it to my table like I requested. Customer service bad. Manager is terrible. Don?t go to this mcdonald?s. There is anotherone close by that will treat you better. Read more
I went to McDonald?s today. I all the sudden had to use the rest room. BAD!!!!! so I parked my car and attempted to walk inside.... It was 10:43pm and they refused to let me inside!!!! I the doors were locked and I asked hey I was in line to order food and Ineed to use the restroom really bad. She said we?re closed I?m sorry and I said your sign says 11:00 though? I wanted a quick bite and stopped by this location. The food was fine. The drink station needed a clean-up. The issue was the... store itself: it was small, dark, and smelly. Wonderful experience. The food was fresh and the store was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We enjoyed the customer... service and overall would definitely come back. Bring your own wipes for the tables though I can say whoever made my frappe,you are amazing! Used the app and got so much bang for the buck. Read more
Got a caramel iced coffee. The first one was watered down. Went again to get it remade. Guess what? No coffee. Just caramel... syrup. Staff cut me off whenever I did let her know it was watered down and said to pull forward.(I hate to complain.) Had asmirk whenever she did bring out my coffee. I knew it wasn?t going to be good just by looking at it. I?m sure she knew too. Bythat point.. Who wants to go a third time for a remake? Dissatisfied to say the least. No coffee for me this morning. The food is excellent. I mean, I knew what I was expecting. it was McDonald's. McDonald's is great if that's what you're wanting... to eat for fast food. I ordered a number 7 homestyle burger. I added cheese now for the drink. I really wanted the iced caramelmacchiato that McDonald's carries. without my knowledge, that beverage has been taken off the menu and is replaced with an icedcaramel latte. I asked for the latte and the employee adamantly stated we do not carry lattes and I had explained to her I amstaring at it right now. on the menu it says ice caramel latte she's like. I'm sorry we do not have lattes and I just had to goback and forth and I felt like she could have been more educated on the menu if that was a change that has been made and thenshe also could have worked on the way that she spoke to people. I've worked in customer service for a very long time and if thecustomer is adamant about something you agree with them and then hear them out and you cannot assume that they are lying ortrying to attack you personally because I was not trying to do any of that. if anything, I was wanting to help her for futureorders so that she doesn't get into the same situation again with me. however, ultimately the experience was mediocre. the foodwas great. it was just the way that the employee spoke to me that made it three stars.
