Very expensive..paid $30.00 for me and my six year old daughter. Rice has no flavor..my daughter hurt her tooth w the walnuts in... shrimp. Because the walnuts are so stale . ???? Did not enjoy my $30 meal at all. More expensive than a darn buffet! Read more
It seems this Panda Express is the only one that participates in the company's promotions. So the 3 stars is for the company,... not this particular location. I live near Yorktown and Staples, so having to drive all the way here is annoying, when we haveone on Satatoga. Read more
Worst service. Drive thru did not include my complete order. When I went inside to correct the 'girl in charge' accused me of... not being honest about the mistake. She called me rude and told me I was only trying to make a scene. She would not refund mymoney or fix my order. Read more
Great service. We came in our Sunday best and where serve accordingly. Fernando had the patience and tranquility of a Tibetan... monk. His efficiency of movement reminded me of Kung Fu masters of old. Jalen and Tyrecee kitchen work look like a performanceof Cirque Du Solei, the acrobatics to toss the Chow Mei while greeting customer "Welcome to Panda Express" was encouraging tothose of us who appreciate hard work. If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I went Sunday night to eat and I ordered the bigger plate and bowl with... teriyaki chicken however they had just ran out and made more well when it came out the staff completely skipped over my mealsand place the chicken in orders after mine when I told one of the staff she rudely told me give me min then continue to skip ourmeals so my family and I left won't return or do busy with this location Read more
Best quality I've ever tasted at a Panda Express EVER ...i don't know if they have new recipes or the cook just needs to be... commended..Today's Honey Sesame Chicken was fresh and amazing! I ultimately went with the Orange Chicken because again, I lovethe flavor dispite how hard the pieces usually are.. Today the meat chunks were bigger, meat ; breading ratio was perfect! Easyto bite into and very moist! I eat Panda all the time because its fast, they offer drive thru service and I love the flavors.But often the freshness or texture isn't the greatest. Today was definitely not the case. Everybody was busy but the serverswere still very polite, professional and personable... even the cook interacted with me due to what I'm assuming might have beena slightly longer than normal wait time. ???? I've never been a fan of this place but I got a free meal and decided to give it another chance. The line was very slow. There... weren't that many people in there and it probably took me about ten minutes to get to the front. I got the fresh sesame chicken.I say fresh because they had just changed it out. The manager was there making sure that everything met the freshnessrequirements, which was nice to see. The customer service was great but I think it's over priced with smaller serving sizescompared to regular chineese good stores. The store was very clean but I don't think that I will be back. Terrible place management is terrible!! The guy accused us of lying about not getting our order in full coming through the drive... thru. Called to speak with him an he was trying to play the blame game so I let him have my piece of mind! I called corporate anspoke with them an he said that that was a lie as well but I have the 36 minute convo screenshots so that?s on him I wouldn?trecommend this Panda Express at all but the one on Saratoga yes most definitely!!!!!!!
