I used the drive thru to order my foods. I am upset for not having a teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. It should have... come together even when not asked. Looks to me like a cost cutting initiative for the company at the expense of customersatisfaction. Read more

Food was very, very good, I would have given it a 5 Star rating, however, for the price the portion should have been much... larger. The staff was courteous and professional. Read more

Went to visit base on Monday 9-14-2020 and stopped at drive-thru at approximately 4:30 pm. There were about 7-8 largely... advertised items on menu board. The lady kept telling us they were out of specific dishes we tried to order - about 5. Wesettled on chicken/mushrooms and beef with needles for which they charged an added ?premium? because of the beef. If I were afranchisee on a military base servicing our military members and veterans, I would be ashamed! The food was lukewarm, dry fromsitting since probably before noon (we should have noticed a red flag when she kept telling us they were out of certain dishes),expensive (beef prices have been coming down for months in Texas), and tasteless. Almost $20 for food we had to throw away! IfI were the contracting officer overseeing this contract, I would put them on notice for a termination for default of theircontract. If you are serving dinner, then food preparation should always be fresh and not left overs from lunch. I?m sure thefood is fresh at lunch time when it?s prepared. But not to make fresh food at dinner and only serve what you have left until yourun out - an insult to our military and veterans. As a veteran, never again will I visit this place and I will lodge a complaintwith exchange?s contracting office. Read more

I ordered beef broccoli. I got 4 huge pieces of broccoli and 2 small pieces of beef. They need to cut the broccoli in smaller... pieces and give an equal portion of beef and broccoli. The broccoli was also bitter. They were out of the items I always ordernext time I will leave and go elsewhere. Read more

I came on a Tuesday at 6:30 PM (prime dinner time). I wish I could give my experience zero stars!!! The food that i wanted... (Wok-Fired Shrimp) was not available. The steamed white rice was not available. The coke didnt taste like coke. The food that Idid get, string bean chicken, smelled and tasted burnt. The cream cheese rangoon was stale. I asked for a spoon and the ladytold me it's in the bag so I left. They put a fork. To top it off I did not receive a receipt. I definitely recommend you gosomeplace else. The people act as if you're an inconvenience as a customer and they would rather be someplace else. Read more
