Whoever was delivering pizzas tonight (4/9/22) deserves a raise!! That man was so nice and happy to deliver our pizzas. Great... customer service skills. Plus, Our delivery was so fast. From placing the order to receiving our pizza, we got our food in 30minutes. That?s awesome for a Saturday night. Pizza was extremely hot and straight from the oven. I ordered thin and crispy it was burnt wanted extra cheese there were parts on the pizza that had no cheese. Barely any... pepperoni olives and mushrooms. I was totally disappointed. We've never ever experienced this before. Must be inexperiencepeople working there. Never again!! Read more
I had a small issue with a prior order, but it was nothing that minimized my enjoyment of the pizza. However, I still left some... feedback on how they could improve their process next time. The brand new general manager called me the next day and we had aproductive conversation. He then offered me a free pizza to try it again. That's customer service right there! Read more
I rarely give poor reviews, but I have never seen anything like this, and I frequently order pizza! It is appalling that a pizza... would be delivered in this condition! The rest of the food was intact and delicious, and the food came only minutes after theestimated time, which is why I am giving 2 stars. But this is unacceptable! Read more
If there was a negative star this place of business would've had it I'm sure. They have terrible customer service and even worse... management. When I asked the manager what he was going to do to keep me as a satisfied customer (since they brought me the wrongorder) he simply said" well we are remaking it aren't we, we are doing what you asked and it would get to you faster if I didn'thave to step away from making it to come talk to you like you requested" . Problem was still not resolved I asked for cheesesticks in my order and got garlic bread sticks. And two look like they were a jab for my call back (complaint) I'm guessingfrom the manager on duty since he was the one that admitted he was making my order. Read more
I am new to town and did not know which if any of the papa John delivered to my house so I called the first one on the list. Ray... the gentleman who answered the phone quickly found which one did and gave me their number to proceed with my order from them. Ijust want to say the customer service was on point!!!! Read more
