Ordered over $100 in pizza . 3 of them were not only cold but look like they have been there for a while . Should have been hand... tossed but instead got thin and crispy, when I called about it the rude manager who answered just kept offering to bring me areceipt. That would only show what they made, not what I ordered! Next time I order pizza it will definitely be from a placethat specializes in it. Certainly not pizza hut! Ramon Garcia took Pizza Hut service to a new level. This man should be traveling the nation training new Pizza Hut employees. I... ordered breadsticks and a personal pie he sat me down and accommodated me brought me my drink. While I was working he noticed Ihad not touched my food due to me working on my laptop. He picked up the food warmed it up for me and I got to work eating somepizza, this was the cleanest kitchen and lobby floor I?ve seen in any Pizza Hut. Read more
Going downhill and prices are going up. $5 delivery fee is nuts especially when its not the tip. Food is almost always cold.... Luckily I have an air fryer but at that point, I might as well just make my own wings/fries/pizza. Read more
They were busy when I arrived, but the staff was still friendly. The pizza was the best I have had at a Pizza Hut in a LONNNNG... time...maybe ever (maybe slightly due to the fact that I normally order deep dish, but ordered hand tossed instead). Delicious! Read more
Another review commented on how long you can stand at the counter before being acknowledged. I second that. It gets better: The... amount I was being charged for my order didn't match the menu that is posted at the counter. So rather than adjusting my bill tomatch their own advertised prices, they just say, "That menu's wrong." Unethical, and most likely, illegal. Keeping it classy,Pizza Hut. Read more
Be prepared for a wait before being acknowledged. They don't check the drive thru window, and if you go inside they try and... ignore you also. When I ordered to dine in, they burnt our pizza 3 times. Read more
Unfortunately I have a bad review, when it's pizza night we always think of Pizza Hut but this time it was very bad, a cockroach... in the garlic bread and I couldn't keep eating more We went back to present the complaint and the manager treated us verybadly. It's a shame that they don't accept the reports of the clients, which are for them to improve. Read more
