Extremely rude staff. Went in for a pizza dinner around 8pm. No one in the entire restaurant but us. Women at the front didn?t... even want to acknowledge us. We had to ask if we could sit. We sat and waited and waited and no one approached our table. Wecould hear them laughing joking and talking but never once came to our table so got up and left with no service. Read more
Wonderful pizza as usual! You can Always count on pizza hut to get good pizza no master where you are or what you order. I got... the EDGE and it was so delicious! I could only manage to eat 3 pieces, but that just means more leftovers! Read more
The pizza was no good. The pizza's crust was soggy. I added extra cheese. I paid cash to the delivery driver. It seemed like... they did a quick pizza job and then sent a driver to collect the cash without putting any actual work into the pizza itself. Ieven left the driver a tip. Read more
Just order pizza and pasta about 30 minutes ago and they didn't get my order right after he read it back to me. Then I ask him... to bring plastic wear, napkins, and cheese, etc and they didn't bring NOTHING POOR SERVICE. NOW I KNOW YALL KNOW Y'ALL DELIVEREDTO A HOTEL SO WHY WOULDN'T YOU BRING IT. Paid seven dollars for what? Trash to be thrown away! Not edible. Called and asked if I can receive a refund and was told they... do not do refunds got store credit. I know for damn sure the ppl there wouldn?t eat or serve this to their family for friends.What a disgrace. Highly do not recommend this store. Read more
I love Pizza Hut, I have a favorite store back home. Was doing a business trip and picked up some pizzas for the meeting.... Honestly not the best pizza, it was straming hot I was impressed. Not sure what makes the under pizza nice and toasted but wasnowhere to be found on these pizzas. Also the crust on the stuffed crust was chewy not the fancy toasted original pizza. Read more
Terrible experience. Walked in all employees were just talking to each other & told us to seat anywhere after that we were... ignored. After 10 minutes I had to get up and ask for the menus. Then placed order and took almost 30minutes. Started eating anda HAIR on the PIZZA, nasty! For refills I had to get up and ask myself, I went up to front counter not a single employee wasavailable, phone was ringing & ringing. I guess employees were on the back talking, after 5 minutes of standing they came togive me a refill. When paying employee was rude. Management have to step up on their employees, if not they will eventuallyloose a lot of business. They just lost a customer. Read more
Evening staff was inattentive to my wife and I while holding side bar conversations amongst each other. We sat in our booth for... 10 minutes and hadn?t been acknowledged. A simple ?We?ll be right with you? would have been sufficient but we didn?t even getthat. I would be more understanding had there have been more customers in the restaurant but we were the only people there. Wedecided to eat at Dominos. It?s unfortunate because I really wanted a stuffed crust pizza. :( Read more
