If I could I would leave no stars. Very rude, . We did not get our order and I called the store I spoke to ISABELLA. little... did I know that she was the manager. Twice she implied that we were lying. She stated that the driver said it was delivered to my home. I assured her that it wasn't. She was condescending and rude. I hope that our call was recorded. Aby that time Iwanted a refund and she said that she wasn't allowed to give a refund I'm sorry I never heard of that. I asked for forsupervisor and she put me on hold and her general manager said she would call me tomorrow...... I was fuming and I asked forcorporate number and ISABELLA stated she didn't have the number. I was able to call corporate and spoke to Ashton he wasfriendly and helpful and requested refund for me which I will get in 3 days. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE AYERS LICATION..... Horrible experience. My order got canceled because I wasnt in my hotel room but I specifically asked to be delivered at the pool... in the hotel. The Manager Isabela was rude and unapologitic. I has to re submit the order and she was unable to take my carthrough the phone it kept declining I ended up going back on the site and re-submitting it with the same card with no problemonce my order arrived almost 2 hours later I was missing half my order so I called back Isabella?s as speak to her and she wasunapologetic as well again very rude and disrespectful and said asked me if I was sure that I was missing half of my order likeif I was lying about it I was not satisfied with the service what at all none whatsoever I will not be ordering from Pizza Hutthe only reason I will have to is because she refuse me a refund after she shorted me half of my order and only could do storecredit it was a horrible experience I don?t recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. This location is horrible! I didn?t receive my order in a timely manner. My food was cold and disgusting. I paid for cheese... sticks and got a personal pan size of garlic bread! So today I ordered a pizza from the pizza hut on Ayers, the newly built one. My delivery was made quickly and delivered quickly... also. Well, I have big mean dogs so I tell the driver to stay in her car and ill get the pizza from her. Well she hands thepizza over, very friendly. I go to close my gate and a huge gust of wind blows and the pizza flys outta my hand and onto theground where my 2 pugs, mastiff and Rottweiler proceed to devour????????????????. The shock on our faces was comical!!!! Well Itell the driver it's ok and she drives off. About 10.minutes later she calls to tell me she's on the way with a new pizza. Thebest pizza I've ever had!!!! Most delivery services will knock at your front door or notify you by email or text when your food is dropped off, but Pizza Hut... never got the memo. I found my pizza covered in ants and dirt after the driver left my lunch on my porch rail, but the worstpart was the young male manager kept trying to give me a $20 store credit (bill was $32) and kept blaming Door Dash since theirown driver called in sick last Friday. I had placed order for a family member in need of help for their family. I called location and connected to extraction (... concerns with order) to be sure they got order with no problems. Female answered asked to be put on hold and put phone downbefore I could say yes or no. Phone was placed down for over 15 minutes before I decided to hangout.
