Great food but the WORST drive thru service. You drive up to the order board and no one acknowledges you, you sit and wait for... over 10-12 minutes to place your order with someone. This has happened twice already. GET IT TOGETHER. Read more

Just skip this location. Driving to a farther location is worth it - probably would be eating your food sooner. This location... ALWAYS takes extremely long to get through orders. Last Sunday was the worst. A whole HOUR of my life wasted waiting forPopeye's... Took them almost ten minutes to even take our order at the drive-thru despite the fact that there was only one carahead us. After we ordered, they inform us that it would be about 15-20 minutes, we say ok and they have us park. After half anhour, we walk inside to try to get the status of the chicken and they shoo us out saying that the dining room is closed and thatthere was no more chicken AGAIN. The only thing you sell is CHICKEN. How do you not have it? Multiple people that orderedthrough the drive-thru and in store have left with chicken. It just seems like they were prioritizing the smaller orders to getthrough more quicker. AT MY EXPENSE. Anyway, they tell us 5 more minutes but we ended up waiting more. Probably another 25minutes passed before we actually got our order. It was just ridiculous. They need a major overhaul of the people workingthere. Train your people for god's sake. Small chicken, high priced. I ordered in drive thru on a Monday. Not any cars ahead of me. Missing both biscuits. Friday my... wife goes, one car in line ahead of her. No customers inside. Takes long time to answer speaker box. Took over 20 minutes to getorder. Order was wrong. Ordered spicy got none. Chicken was tough and dried out. Got my biscuits but was missing a side. Yay! Finally a Popeyes that actually had chicken. This was our 3rd and final attempt to actually have a meal at Popeyes. The... 1 that didn't have chicken were in PA. Messed up my whole order. Then when asked to replace my order said if I come back in a week I would have to bring the chicken... back also. The manager KRISTEN was so unprofessional. Laughing and talking to staff in the background while on the call with me.She did not resolve anything. I had to call corporate, who then made it right.
