Food was descent. Our waitress was friendly, but management was unsatisfactory. Idk if you have to be “white” to engage... contact with your customers because we were walked by, not greeted, nor asked if “did everything go well today” in thatmanner. Should of asked for his name, but I’ll find out soon and edit this to let others know. If you’re going to engagecontact with your customers, make sure you ask everyone in house, not skip one table and go on to the next. This was noticedmore than 5 times. This was an excellent outing and meal. Food was great (Caso with brisket, Texas T-bone, Red Snapper blackened, with pineapple... margarita), service was excellent (waitress had great personality, friendly, and good suggestions). If I had a not so good itwould be the price ($100), but with prices the way they are today its became the norm. Would definitely recommend thisparticular Saltgrass Steak house. Read more

Literally best cooked ribeye ever!!! Taste was exquisite and if I am ever in Texas again, this will be my first stop!!

When I ordered the $25.00+ Prime Rib, I envisioned a beautiful bed of soft, juicy, melt in your mouth pink meat, surrounded by a... delicately seared edging. While my steak did taste did good, it was just a steak. The cut was thin, the sear was heavy on bothsides, and each chew was crunchy. Our Carrot Cake, however, was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. Best well prepared and cooked steak we had from a price friendly steakhouse. Good location, plenty of parking and friendly,... attentive and patient staff (served by Stormie). Salad and sides also excellent, my compliments to the Chef. The volume of thepiped music was too loud for conversation and carpet/dinning area has a strong musty/dirty smell. Restrooms well maintained. Ihighly recommend dinning at this steakhouse. Read more

Such a great experience we recently ate here today and everything was delicious. Our waiter Patrick was attentive and great at... serving us and keeping us stocked up on almost everything... except the lemons I had asked for twice.
