Poor customer service, waited around for somebody to take my order. I just decided to leave and will never return
Very very very poor hygiene ???? The lady who took my order was wearing a mask but that didn?t stop her from pulling her mask... down to cough everywhere then pulled her mask back up without changing her gloves. Then when she cut the sandwich she pokedherself not switching knives or even cleaning it off. Very disgusting I would not recommend this place to even the worst ofpeople - if there was an option for no stars that is what I would rate this place.???????????? If you?re sick don?t go to workeven before all this covid stuff that was a known rule in the food industry. So disgusting never going back! Read more
Gave this place multiple try?s and some how they always mess my order up . Ordered DoorDash from them and it was rock hard .... Couldn?t even bit into it . They also forgot the cheese. I tried calling them multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone. Won?t be eating here again Read more
The staff is friendly and works efficiently to vet customers through the line quickly. Zoom ahead two years, the store is... filthy. Dead bugs were everywhere. The assistant manager on duty (who has been there three months) was extremely rude to anelderly couple who inquired about senior citizen discounts. I was terribly disappointed in my experience today. The young man behind the counter made the order for the customer in front of me and did not remove the gloves to handle the... register and with the same pair of gloves comes over and asked me what can i get you and didn't change gloves until i asked himto.. His reply was " Oh i forgot" Read more
I usually have an amazing experience here but today I walked in no one said hello no enthusiasm the customer service was off. I... asked at the end why was there no great customer service, he replied "I only care about getting you in and out fast" that is notgood customer service. Friendliest service at a convenience store/ truck stop Subway yet . As a LARGE family, we are always trying to find ways to... minimize our cost and they gave us no hassles about using our valid coupons (something we have experienced at other locations ).
