I have been 3 times to this subway and ordered the mexicali three times, all those times i have received a subway with just... chicken and cheese inside. Last time i was there was yesterday and i literally asked the guy if he had put the guac and veggiesinside and he looked me in the eyes and told me yes i put the guac and veggies in there, this was the chubby worker with buckteeth. We showed up to this Subway establishment last minute and ordered 9 12' inch subs. We're in town for a tennis tournament and... both of our teams were starving with very little time to eat. Stephanie and Yadi were so nice and positive. They split up thework and knocked out our order within minutes. Both of our teams, 13 people, thank you! Read more

I was very disappointed for a SECOND time at this same location after I ordered the mexicali sub and they forgot to put the... avocado. The staff should be more educated on the ingredients of new subs especially since it's not the first time this happens. Read more

I don't normally rate chains, but this place has disappointed twice in a row. Sometimes you want something quick, you know? Just... throw together a good sandwich at dinner after a long day. The critical thing is to ensure everything is on the sub; this wasn'tthe case. They absolutely forgot to put mustard/mayonnaise on 1 of 2 subs...how? The other annoyance, although minor, was theorder was placed through the app, and it gave an exact completion time, but the "order status" wasn't updated as being built orcompleted. It was stuck in received from the time of ordering to the completion time. I figured to head down there a few minutesafter the completion time, and come to find out the two employees were prepping the store for closure and stocking the chipsrack. Not a big deal, if they had thought to look at incoming orders. Needless to say, it wasn't ready at the prescribed time,it was ready approximately 15 minutes later. Chaos theory in this case. Rushed the subs and hence they turned out sloppy andmissing things. Classic example of having to do the employees' job for them or having to babysit them to ensure they put basiccondiments on the sub. Avoid this location at all costs. Read more

This is probably the 3rd time that i ordered a turkey guac sub and they didnt bother to put the quac that i paid for. I tried... calling the store twice and no one answered so I went back to the store to get it fixed and the kid that i talked to seemedinconvenienced that i even ordered from there in the first place. He made me unwrap the sandwich and give it back to him overthe glass divider where all of the uncovered meats were and i had sauce all over my hands. He rudely asked me if i wanted quacon both halves of my footlong (ofcourse i do, i paid like 2 dollars for guac!). Im an understanding person as i worked in foodfor most of my jobs but being treated rudely like that when i was being very nice from the get go is a disappointment. I willNOT be returning to this location. I hope the kids working there fix their attitudes soon. Read more

I wish I had read the review before I went. I ordered Cali Turkey and Rotisserie Chicken. Cali Turkey had no Avocado like... advertise. Everything was messy. My receipt showed $ 11.90 because I got the coupon. However, I got charged for $ 13.69 on mystatement. I think they added tip for their horrible service secretly. I told the subway and the only thing I got was "sorry andhope to see you soon". I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Read more
