I have tried and tried to just get squared without publicity. But no. Early this month, my son wanted his Subway sandwich. The... only employee working at Bel Aire said after almost an hour in line that she had no meatballs. Sighing, we left and I thoughtI'd use the app. I ordered from Port and Baldwin, put in my card info, and started through the parking lot. Phone rang, it wasSubway. No meatballs. Please cancel the order then, I said. She said ok no problem. It is the end of the month. Still no refund.Why would the app say I picked up a sandwich that didn't exist? And why can't I find any one to account for it? Port closed at"5" the other day - except they closed at 4:45 when I was in the drive through tryinh to square this situation. Ridiculous. Unorganized, had attitude, not charging the right amount and trying to over charge us. Lady tell us we ordered three foot longs... when we didn't. We pointed out our one foot long, two 6" sandwiches and a soup. With attitude she threw back she told us again"No y'all ordered this and that's it." She charged us for the 3 foot long, 3 chips, and 3 large drinks. But give us our one footlong and two 6" sandwiches. Read more
Food is a bit pricey (but it's Subway, so it's to be expected), but good. The staff are really friendly, but don't bother doing... drive-thru. Waiting in the drive-thru, you will get served, after already waiting by a window blocked by iron bars locked intoplace. Read more
In this day and age of curbside, and home delivery the drive thru was perfect. ???? No but really, friendly staff that seems... actually happy to be at work, order was as we asked unlike a few places I can think of lately, and the food was good. 11 and a half stars. Sunday night, NPR, two sandwiches, google review, few things are better. If you?re down on luck and you... ain?t got a in London you?re a goner. Better hedge your bets and get on down to Subway on Port in Corpus. Read more
