Rude staff, not everyone but some.
This subway location does very poorly concerning customer accommodation and ettiquette. It was difficult to order add-ons on my... sandwich, the employees felt stand-offish, and my table was being cleaned as I was sitting at it. All in all a uncomfortableexperience. Read more
Rude workers (Not the students workers)
Got sick off their food
Some workers would immediately get mad and rude when I ask them politely to change their gloves to make my sandwich. I don?t eat... bacon, and that?s my choice because of religious aspects. You might have touched that, and I don?t want the leftover food to bein my sandwich. Learn how to respect other people choices when you?re asked to. Read more
When I order a salad, I expect to get more lettuce than topping. The reason I get a salad is for the greens. I ask for more and... they barely put anymore spinach on it. If I'm paying for a $7 salad, I want my lettuce. Read more
Ok so idk if they got bought out and replaced ALL of the staff but when I went today not only did they not have any bread other... than wheat but they didn't have any lids for the cups. They made my sandwich terribly, I like lots of veggies in one of mysandwiches for my friend and they lined them all up on the center of the sandwich and didn't bother to tuck the toppings in asthey folded it so it got all squashed out and gross.. None of them seemed to know how to work the cash register either and I wasreally tempted to tell them how to do it... Only one or two of them knew how to speak English so it was awkward dealing with alanguage barrier and lack of experience. NOT happy with this experience. Read more
