Stopped in on September 16 2022 and the employee was too busy chatting up his coworker and ignoring customers while he made... literally threw my order together. ( the male employee with longer hair, and the female employee 2102?.not the employee withtattoos) I requested my sub be toasted and it was in and out of the toaster in no time and was room temperature. I will not goback to this subway and suggest others stay away too. Read more
The heat in this restaurant is unbearable. These employees have to work in it. As a customer, I come here to enjoy food and... dine in, not see these employees suffer. Something needs to be done ASAP. The General Manager needs to get down here now! Read more
This is the best Subway in all of corpus when "Seth" is working. That dude is a real sandwich artist he takes such pride in... making these sandwiches and makes it such a welcoming experience you cant help but to keep coming back for more. Sadly whenhe's not working the quality just takes a dip which makes it a gamble.. i had a chance to talk to a district manager at thelocation today his name is "Dominick Guzzi" he was very nice and i wanted to give Seth the recognition he deserves, i hope Sethgets moved up at some point from the talk he certainly has him on his radar! If this place had a "Seth" in each group of staffat any time of day Quality and service would be insane! Every single time im in there and Seth is with other employees they allseem to glow with such positive energy it makes the whole experience worth while.. and with that of course makes the foodquality exceptional! Both times I?ve gone here I?ve had a terrible experience. First time they where just extremely rude to my husband picking up an... online order , trying to make him leave cuz they where closed ( it was still 10 mins till ) without even giving him a chance tosay he was there to pickup. This second time they completely butchered my sandwich. Wrong bread , wrong dressing , managerdoesn?t like to deal with anything makes her employees do it so after making us wait 10 mins we have to wait even longer tobring them back the sandwich to get my money back cuz at this point I don?t even want a remake from that store . She doesn?tcall to say this tho she makes her employee , cuz she wasn?t at the store. Just drive down to the one in the Walmart believe itor not it even taste better in there , they are not rude , and I?ve never had them completely butcher a sandwich like that . Read more
I stopped in to Subway for a cold cut combo Footlong on Italian I didn't feel like cooking tonight So I thought that was a good... option.I live in the flower bluff area and have frequented this Subway several times with no issuesBut tonight was not the case. Upon ordering my sandwich The young gentleman behind the counter and I use that term loosely Grab the meat From the tub and asI watched him put it on the sandwich I asked why he wasn't putting the bloney or the salmie . His response as well as anotheryoung gentleman wand gentlemen was it's all the same. Now. Now I understand that it is all that it is all turkey based but acold cut combo is supposed to be ham Bologna Loni and salami . He put nothing but ham on my sandwich and percand proceeded tocharge me for a cold cut combo I didn't feel like arguing I was tired from work I had already picked my son up and I was readyto go home but I feel this is a ridiculous thing thing to argue about when clearly this is what was in the container he was justtoo lazy to make the sandwich properly . I highly recommend that you watch who makes your sandwich and how they make yoursandwich because apparently they just don't care. Read more
This is now my go to Subway! I have ordered online here a few times and my sandwiches are awesome! Just the right amount of... everything on my sandwich and made with care. Other Subways just slap your sandwiches together and glop on condiments like a 3year old (some ingredients on this side of my sandwich but not on the other, a gallon of sauce that makes the bread soggy by thetime I get home, missing ingredients, hot sandwich is ice cold, etc). Plus their customer service has been very pleasant andcaring as well on the phone and bringing my orders to my car. Read more
