Edible food mostly, yet not great value. We ordered takeout of the Pad See Ew, Veg Curry, The Veg curry had little in terms of... "mixed vegetables" to speak of and was mostly stuffed with bamboo, cabbage and carrots. No Broccoli, eggplant, etc in sight! Andthe portions were small. For the $15 they charged for the veg curry, it was not worth it for us. The Pad See Ew seemed to haveeggs that were made and kept aside and then mixed with the noodles after the fact as they smelled bad. Eggplant Tofu was likelythe only saving grace for us along with courteous service, convenient location and seemingly good atmosphere. Overall, sub-parquality food with smaller portions for what we paid. There are other very good Thai restaurants in the area that we tried andhad much better quality, generous portions and good value for the money. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best? Food -7 Location - 9 Service - 9 Atmosphere - 9 Price - 7 Overall Value - 7 Read more

I definitely wouldn?t order for take out. The quality isn?t the same as if eaten at the restaurant. The noodles become one... sticky hard mess, no containers are labeled and there are no condiments or sauces provided. For a $85 take out order I wassorely disappointed. Read more

Thai Cottage has delicious food! We enjoyed the veggie appetizers and tofu entrees: veggie dumplings, green plate, Chile ginger... tofu. The staff were all very friendly. The restaurant has a cozy little atmosphere too. We will be back! Read more

If you're going to get food here, I would recommend dining in. Their dine in experience is great as the building is cute and the... staff are friendly, and the food is pretty good. I don't recommend ordering take out from here. We did that once and the foodwasn't good at all; very bland and dry. Read more

I wish I had remembered to take pictures before digging in. ???? This place was amazing! The use of their fresh ingredients made... such an impact on the flavor of each dish! My fiancé ordered their curry and it was delicious. I ordered their veggie tofubasil dish (sorry I can't remember the name) it was amazing. We will definitely be returning! Read more

People rating this 5, what is your point of reference? I ordered papaya salad & Thai iced tea. Both were typical & tasty. Salad... was presented as an anemic sized serving. Server ignored me. I finally got her attention & ordered rice b/c I was still hungryafter salad which elsewhere would have been more than sufficient. Stressed, food service environment despite the subduedlighting. They use plastic instead of china & glass. That rhymes with "no class". Not especially clean, & surprisingly devoid ofThai artifact decor. Cramped. I don't plan to return when my work requires I return to Corpus. It was not a pleasant experiencefor a hungry, single professional who suspects there is little in the way of great food & diversity of cuisine in CC.Unfriendly, tense, unaccomodating, unrelaxing, & unacceptable in regard to sustainability. Food... eh... Read more
