My son wanted breakfast and I wanted lunch, we compromised and decided to go to Town and Country restaurant. He order the... borracho breakfast, which he said was very good. My husband, son, and I were visiting from Houston, looking for a quick breakfast. We walked into what looked and even felt like... a 1950s diner. From the moment we arrived we were stared at, not even greeted by our waitress. She was chatty and cheerfulwith every other table except for ours, even at the checkout line we were receiving ugly looks from other customers!. I wassurprised to get treated this way, especially in Corpus where we visit often. We were the only Latinos in the restaurant andcertainly didn?t feel welcome to ever return, felt very out of place.
