Had a mobile order for the wendys at 5934 spid location. Pulled up thru the drive thru. Person at the drive thru told us to... park at curbside and theyd bring it out to us. 25 minutes later were still waiting. Go inside to get food...manager said thatmobile orders has to be picked up inside. If i had know this... that this is the type of service they offered. Misleading and nocommunication...i would have never ordered from this location. What's the point of ordering from the wendys app... to order forpick up from drive thru to be mislead and then treated like we did something wrong. Went to Wendy's at 10 o'clock 2 days ago and ordered 2 of the 5 dollar biggie boxes and 2 large chillies and got 2 burgers in... our boxes that the hamburger patties were old and the bread tasted old didn't eat the burgers . And when we got to the chilliesall it was in the cups was chillies juice some beans and cut up hamburger patties . Guess they didn't want to make some ofWendy's chillie. I was there about a year ago and had a bad experience with the manager on duty. I hadn't been back since because of it, but... thought, what the heck I'll try it out today.
