Love going here clean restrooms. Good food not too fast service. But food was good
In person this location is great, but they seriously need to work on packing delivery orders? it never fails that something is... either missing or done incorrectly. I understand that things can get busy and hectic. But quality checks don?t take but 30seconds to 1 minute just to make sure customers are getting what they pay for. Read more
Always good burgers, service is a little slow but still good.
My junior meal took 20 minutes to get to me. Probably would've been longer if I hadn't inquired about it a couple times, after... other people after me got their meals. Not fast food. They did get the order right, which isn't that common for Whataburger.Burger was not hot, though. 2/5. Bathroom was clean. Read more
Grabbing a late late night meal is not always great, especially when you have been waiting about 30mins and your Order is cold,... now sometime later we have been getting our Order warm to Hot, which is Great! For an establishment that appears to be fully staffed and open for business 24hrs, they were very slow with getting the food out... and getting orders wrong. The oil used for fries, onion rings, and other fried items needs to be cleaned out. Notice the onionrings in the picture? That's a clear sign that it is time to empty the old oil and add some new oil. Management needs toaddress the latency issue as well as upgrade the training for new employees and the cleanliness...this is definitely not inkeeping with Whataburger standards. Read more
I place order over phone,yet asked for a,, What A Size! onion rings and the onion rings were cold and they were both the same... amount,,,,medium and What A Size,I didnt pay extra for cold onion rings and for two mediums,,I called and a person named STEVEN,did the right thing with curious customer service, went back and he brought me a hot freshly prepared WHAT A SIZE the way itshould be and a Hot Apple Pie and apology for there mistake,he handled customer service with satisfaction, I commend him for hisattention to perfection of What a burger the way it should be ,,,right,, fast,, and ample serving ,with a smile,I thank him andsaid I will give a good review for his great service.
