More often than not they get the order wrong or the milkshake machine isn't working. Ordering on line is even worse. It sad to... see whataburger go to the dogs. And when submit a complaint the supervisor are never there and they never return your calls. Read more
I usually HATE my whataburger experiences but Danna at this location made it so enjoyable. Usually some of these window cashier... people are unpleasant but she was so nice and awesome. I?d die for Danna. Give her a massive raise. Read more

Had 2 orders. food was supposed to be ready between 1017 to 1020 pm Went to drive in window and gave both order names .Told... to go to outside lane. Sat waiting until 1040, someone came out and asked what order we had. It arrived at 1046 and thesandwhich and fries were ice cold and hard. Went inside to speak to a manager asked for a refund.
