Fries were cold and old, not fresh. They were all standing around. Ordered the tenders and were not great. It's unfortunate.

It may have been a better review but nothings iis worse than a Manager by the name of Ashley with an attitude. Waited almost 45... minutes on my food with almost no one in the Dinning area. When my order number was called out she was like do you need anythingelse? Asked for spicy ketchup. Then I was like well my shakes? She goes and gets them and the I say my cup for my drinks? Shethen gives me attitude and is like. "Do you need ANYTHING ELSE". I'm sorry but it's NOT my job to make sure the order was puttogerher orrectly. Read more
Worst service! This was my second remake! The first was not made right and now the patty was not ready. When i called to make a... complaint a worker named sandra was terribly rude and hung up on me while i was talking. They are probably the best whataburger crew I've ever had. And I just ordered online! Usually the online Togo orders suffer when... a business is busy. But for this place that couldn't be further from the truth. They were out of an item I ordered and when Igot the call the manager spoke with me directly and apologized and fixed what problem right away the best they could. My ordercame perfectly and fresh.
