Missing food and their response was get back in line that was long...I was driving thro with my husband and just needed dinner... and back on road...maybe if the male taking orders would listen instead of telling us his name and a long greeting he would havegotten my order right. My husband split his meal w me bc they didn't give me my whole meal...I only live a hour away, will besure to tell friends to be aware, they screw you over and act like it's no big deal. Stop being greedy and properly train ppl,you have enough profits, if you can't staff then close some shifts...shame Read more
I would say 95% of our visits ends in disaster. The order is rarely correct when we get home. From now on, we will always check... everything before we leave... even though we shouldn't have to do that. Read more

Ive had orders screwed up here and there. Couple weeks ago had a burger that was missing 4 toppings that it came with on it.... Didn't let us know they couldn't do frappe's when we door dashed, so we ended up wasting the drivers time going all the way backto change the order around. But, NOTHING compares to when you get hired there, and your orientation gets cancelled the day ofand then they pretend you don't exist. Called just to have an IGNORANT employee Lorraina set the phone down and straight upignore me then hang up on me. When all I wanted to know is what's going on.. They tell you over and over we'll get back to youand never do. Even Union City doesn't act like this. Professionaism deserve's a zero. Our favorite server does a fantastic job on night shift. We stop on the way home from the races on Saturday nights and she's... always pleasant and she sure knows her stuff. We normally have a decent size order (or orders) and she makes sure they arecorrect and timely. We stop every week during the summer. Will definitely keep going back and we are thankful something is openpast midnight for those late night trips. Read more
This McDonald's is the worst around. Horrible service, I had to stand there for 15 mins before I got my order taken. Then after... my order was taken it was another 30 before I got my food. My fries were cold but at least they got my order right. The workerssuppose to be running the counter were just standing around like they were only doing one order at a time. Because the servicesucked the atmosphere was terrible. Read more
