From a 4 star review a couple years ago to now a 1 star. First your going to wait 20-30 in drive-thru. Then your likely to have... your order wrong. They are always "understaffed" which is why the politeness isn't there anymore. The hours are always changingas well as the availability of what is available. Some days the refuse to sell hot foods as well. Your better off going to alocal small bakery to get food and the coffee shop down the road. Yes, you will have to get out from vehicle but it will saveyou time and have better quality service. Retried tim hortons again August 2022 had potato soup with not even a potato. October2022 found a bug in my coffee!!! Never again will I go there absolutely nasty.... Read more
Love the food/coffee. Some staff could brush up on customer service though.
Very clean store, friendly and courteous staff. Donuts good and fresh. Good coffee. Only recommendation I have is to have a... staff member to make the fancy drinks. Big order ahead of me with multiple "fancy" drinks. The staff member taking orders alsohad to make the drinks. Read more
Got one sandwich almost frozen had no bacon and was supposed to be double satcked. And another didn't get any extra bacon it was... a mobile order and waited forever while all the employees messed around. Should just get closed down again until they findbetter staff. Read more
Worse wait for a cup of coffee thru Drive Thru for a mobile order. I went in, to get my mobile order and the service was any... better. Will not be going back there. The Manager isn't very organized nor the Employees. My wait for my mobile order was28.5 minutes. Read more
I?ve gone through this drive through a few times. Sometimes I order breakfast, other times just a coffee. Twice now I?ve come... across one attendant that is too busy chatting on her phone to look at you or say anything. This morning I paid with cash anddidn?t get my change back. So I sat at the window until she came back. She didn?t say a word before or after I told her Ididn?t get my change. She did give me my change but still never said a word. Still too busy on her phone.
