Drive over from Western Ave (25min) to get love potion 31 after calling to confirm. Only to arrive and they won't serve ice... cream because they are cleaning their freezers. Completely unacceptable. Clean the equipment after operating hours. Will NEVERbe back. Read more
The ice cream was great. Wonderful family day. The customer service needs work, they were nice, then they were not. Idk bad... moment maybe. Our battery died and we got help from a very nice man. Gibbs is a little rough around the edges these days but thecountry side still shows. Read more

My friend and I came here to this location for the first time to look for an ice cream cake, but they didn't have a whole lot of... ice cream cakes to choose from, however they do have lots of different flavors of ice cream to choose from. There were two younggirls who work there and seem very nice, friendly and helpful to us. Read more
