We frequently stop at this location as we travel up and down I-45. We've never been disappointed with the service or our meal.... Both have been consistently top-notch over the years. (I generally try to take a light wrap in with me though... the dining room- especially if seated under a blower - can be a bit chillier than is comfortable for me. Oh my goodness, from the host, to the waitress (especially), to the tender of the bar, to the evening manager, and the day... manager... thank you for an amazing dinner for me and mom. We check out many eateries and Chili's in Corsicana gets mom'sDining Experience of the Week Award!!! Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days, especially withemployment issues based on the signs of our times with the pandemic and all. Excellent suggestions, a willing attitude andeverything done with a smile, even when some other guests may give a hard time (yeah I was paying attention). Not something Ithink is trained but is examples and promoted from the top down is the only explanation I have come up with so far. As for thefood... and drinks.... felt like a king and everyone already knew exactly what I wanted before I did. Thanks again for a greatmeal and experience. Definitely a stop worth making. Read more
This is Chili's Grill & Bar so it's not a restaurant. I rated it 4 star post COVID PANDEMIC. We got there right before the lunch... rush. A good food and drink menu. If you like the Chili's way, you be happy here. You will be severed by several staffmembers. Fast friendly staff. They did a great job. Read more
Cajun chicken pasta was great. I had a salad with citrus vinaigrette dressing and it was great. Husband got ribs, he said they... were to fatty, and he likes fat. Not a fan of the salsa. Cheese cake was great to! Read more
