Ordered pizza and order was wrong but the manager was SO NICE and corrected it with NO PROBLEMS. She was AWESOME!!!!
This Cicis to go has definitely gone down hill, go from 4.99 for a large pepperoni walk in price to over 6 dollars for walk in... price. Absolutely ridiculous and staff are far from friendly, and have attitudes if you even ask a question about a price. Theydo not honor the prices they have listed and say those are corporate prices not private own store prices if asked. Verydisappointed in this place. Read more
We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with banana peppers and was told they just call them green bell peppers. Then when we got the... pizza they said they don?t have banana peppers. So why not say that instead of making a pizza with something no one asked for,learn your ingredients or don?t do the job. Read more
This place is usually pretty good but when the head manager isn't here it is BAD! Buffet looks awful, out of most of the food,... also ordered a pizza and they got it wrong. It's like when biss isn't here, they don't care! Read more
The guy who answered the phone seemed a little rude but the guy was nice when I was inside picking up my order was nice I... believe he was needing help upfront however because the phone was ringing off the hook while he was trying to deal with frontand asked someone to get that and he only walked up and sent to hold or silence with out speaking to the customer and asking ifthey would hold that was wrong because I seen about 4 people in the back and 1 was cutting she could have at least went up butsince the guy did he should of made it worth it and answered correctly anyway the pizza was cooked 85 % better than ci ci inennis that's for sure Read more
I ordered 3 pizzas and a cheese bread w/a coke. The pizza were warm, with little to no sauce on them. The bread was again warm... and arived with no marinara sauce to dip thg hem in. Over all I feel it was a complete waist of money and will never eat thereagain. If your going to work somewhere take pride in what you do and do it to your best ability. If that job is feeding peoplethen take extra pride and pay more attention because that is somones food. Read more
I have had 3 different experiences with cici's. The first time one of the girls overcharged my card. She went to the back to... call her manager and didn't inform me what she had done. So I asked one of the other girls what was taking so long. My secondexperience they charged me for some else's order. Which was more than mine. My last experience was afew minutes ago. I wasovercharged again and they tried to sell me two thin orders of cinnamon rolls.I asked for a refund for the cinnamon rolls . Read more
