On our way to Dallas from Houston We stopped at this branch. Girl who took our order was polite and was good enough to get our... order ryt. We asked for custom omelette ( Vegetables and 2 type of cheese)?? One of the best omelets of my life. Instead of hashbrowns as a side, we asked if they could switch it with salad and they were kind enough to make it accordingly. Delicious. We had a great experience here. The waiter was courteous and on point of service. Lucky our food went to another table, we... were told that our drinks were compt. It didn't bother us because our food would be out shortly. Our food was delicious andfresh. We will be back!! Read more
Waited an hour for breakfast plates and a burger. Everyone will walk past you as you wait. No type of Customer service with eye... contact or I'll be right with you. We stood there to be seated and even after we were done to pay wondering if anyone wasworking the counter. The only pleasant experience was our waitress, even though we waited an hour for food it wasn't her fault. Read more
Stephanie was a good waitress. One of our dishes (a skillet) was burnt to the point it was charred on bottom, the ?cheese? was... crispy, and had to be sent back. Waited nearly an hour. Restaurant was clean. Saturday morning about 10am & although they were busy our party of 6 was seated right away. Waitress was... fantastic. Prompt, courteous..I hate to use ?happy? because I don?t feel it?s a fair expectation for anyone in service industrybut her personality made me happy to be there & welcomed. This was the worst place I've eaten in years. I ordered the $6.99 meal which I was charged for things that the fine print left... out. My meal was $13.00 and I had water. My bacon has hard and it was 1 slice cute in half. My pancakes were cold, I asked forheated syrup and I had to remind her to bring it and it was cold when I got it. I talk to the manager and she said I'll compyour meal but instead they took $2.00 off. The waitress told me if you want for food perfect you should eat at home. I was tooshocked at her stupidity. Awesome as always! We have had our brunch here so many times, in the USA as well as in Canada. This diner never disappoints us... in terms of service, the food. Poor service, horrible cold food, sour tea, messed up our order on several different items, the cook was to busy coming into the... lobby to flirt with a regular customer talking about getting herself 14 new tattoo, to worry about dealing with new orders, my bacon was so old that I broke a tooth on it literally, broke my tooth, asked for well done sausage and it comes out to me cold,the only food that came out hot was my husbands skillet and the eggs that go with it and was loaded with mushrooms when I madesure to repeat NO MUSHROOMS PLEASE! It took almost as long to get a drink as it did to eat that cold food, the waitress whilewell mannered seemed like she was to busy in the back chatting it up to be worried about our table! As we were leaving therewere several employees in the back smoking all at once, no wonder it took an hour to get our food, the rest kitchen staff wasoutside smoking weed while Mrs flirty pants was left to tend to orders!
