Waited 15 minutes in line, I was 2nd behind 1 other car. Then was told I would have pull over and wait longer, 5-7 minutes,... because they didn't have the 2 pepperoni pizzas ready. I was not told this until after they took my money. Why did they not justsay so before they took my money? 25 minutes? I don't know about you but I only get 30 for my break. I just moved to town and, after reading the reviews, I was a little leery about placing an order. I?ve placed 2 orders and both... were delicious and the delivery peeps were very friendly and professional. The 2nd pizza was luke warm and not hot so I removeda star. Other then that, no complaints. I placed 1 order online and 1 in the app so I can?t speak to the complaints about instore employees. Read more
If could give no stars I would. I walk in and order 2 classic pepperoni and the guy behind the counter tries to charge me almost... double for 2 pizzas. He then proceeds to get an attitude saying well we charge more for the hot and ready. ???????? Read more
10 minutes yelling through the drive through window trying to get help; phone was ringing for 5 minutes. I was in the drive... through calling the store to get service I know . This is ridiculous, customer service was terrible ; no remorse . The younglady with glasses thought it was funny giving me a old cold pizza ,Close this store down and hire people that care or don?t opena store in my Community . Pull cameras from 7-8 pm check call log see how it?s getting ran . Bootleg pizza place the only greatthing about this place is the manager Ray - he hustles the whole time and he is only one person that cares about his customers ; if you had three more like him you actually may be a number one store .He should be running the store if upper individual lahad common sense. Been here a couple times. Almost every time I come they hand out the oldest pizzas they have. Its like eating a piece of... cardboard. Pretty sure there's a time limit to how long they can hold a pizza before they have to throw it out. I bet money theydon't follow that time limit. Read more
Service was good but there was hair cooked in my pizza which im sure happens but .....
