Oh my God I hate this place it?s horrible!!!!!!! Worth customer service ever!!!! Don?t go there please!! This girl at the second... window Threw food on me and close the window in my face 09/19/22 at 8:25pm!!! Last time she gave me a cup holder for just onedrink I said I don?t need a cup holder. She was so rude and told me there is a big trash can you can throw it over there!!!! Shewaisted inventory products unnecessary!!!! I absolutely love this McDonald?s, the food here is always hot and fresh. I?ll drive out of my way to this location just because... the food is better. BUT the customer service by some of the cashiers could use some work. I understand some people have a badday, but straight attitude is just uncalled for and results in a bad experience overall. By far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. They even have a FENCED area my dog can run around and stretch his legs. It is... the perfect location for our trip from N TX to College Station. Read more
ALL of the people were rude. Most importantly the managers. The service was rushed which is why they didn?t pay attention to... detail. I had to go inside the restaurant where I wasn?t acknowledged or greeted. When I asked to have another coffee made, themanager told me to throw away the coffee myself. When she made the other coffee she didn?t hand it to me directly, she just putit on the counter without saying anything and walked away ignoring me asking for straws that they didn?t provide at the drivethru. This is the most horrible place I?ve been to. The people here do NOT represent your company well. 1 person would?ve beenokay. Maybe they were having a bad morning, but 3-4 people rushing with the same HORRIBLE attitude makes McDonald?s TRASH. Read more
True to form - milk shake machine inoperative! A lot of "traffic" makes it challenging to keep the place clean.
First McDonald's I've been to in a long time...and now I remember why. The tables were all dirty, even though they said clean.... The table labeled as dirty was the cleanest one. Every item ordered was made wrong. We were supposed to be to-go, but checkingand getting the food fixed took so long we ate there. When we brought up the wrong items to the counter to be fixed the lady wassnippy and eye-rolling the whole time. Not worth the time or money! Read more
Late night drive through on trip. Fries were barely warm , asked for no pickles no onions on a Homestyle Burger. Got the onions... correct but had pickels and had an enormous amount of lettuce. Of course I was on down the freeway as I learn these details. :{ Read more
