Hey so tacobell doesn't want to take care of customers anymore at the store off 45 by sonic and subway ive been to this store... so many times an never had an issue but every one was busy that was fine but then i was told to use the kiosk to order from whyso i can touch everyone else's swassy fingers prints hhmm probably not,maybe customer service is a thing of the past ..sad Read more
My family was looking forward to Taco Bell after our softball game @ 9.40 . Was going to dine in but the door was locked so we... went through the drive thru instead. No one came over the speaker to take our order. I even called the phone number twice and noanswer. Went across to street to eat Wendy?s come out and there were cars in line. So disappointing!! Me and my sister were discussing what to get since they didn?t have what they wanted and the... speaker said ?Oh My God? with an attitude!! i work in fast food and i understand it can get frustrating when they don?t knowwhat they want but don?t catch an attitude or say anything when the customer can hear you. Stopped on the way to Fort Worth, found a rotten tomato on my Mexican pizza. So nasty.
This is the best taco Bell I've ever been to. We stopped during our road trip and were so surprised at the quality from this... location. The employees were so polite and efficient. The food was hot and fresh (as fresh as fast food gets). The tacos wereperfectly crunchy and the meat had flavor. First time I've ever been impressed by fast food. Read more
