Good is decent, it really would be nice if they didn't ignore you at the counter for 15 minutes. Went through the drive thru yesterday evening and the lady at the window was VERY rude and unprofessional. She got our order... wrong and kept telling us "well there's a line behind you that ur holding up" like we were supposed to just leave without ourcomplete order we paid for. We asked for our missing items and she told us to pull forward to wait. This is the 2nd time thishas happened at this location. The last time she told me 'well idk what u want me to do because it's already been made'. Likewhat? I love Taco Bell, but probably won't go back due to constant rude employees. Read more
Lol I've never encountered a Taco Bell that was out of black beans AND guacamole. Whoever is in charge of supplying this place... needs to get their stuff together. Also, I recommend not ordering any items that require more than four steps because THEY WILLget it wrong. No shade on the employees since they receive a horrendous hourly pay, but shame on the owner of that location. Read more
The food is good and most of the staff know me by name. Never had a bad experience here. I will gladly recommend this restaraunt
Don't waste your time, employees are too lazy to do anything. 2 hours before closing went to order a calupa meal and instead of... taking the effort to make it like she's hired to do she said the fryer is down... for a calupa, pretty freaking sure thatthere's nothing on it that goes in a fryer cause the shells are already pre made!!! I like this store and they get my orders right most of the time. Very friendly. But today I ordered off of the app and when I... get to the window to pick up they tell me they don't have large lids for my drinks. Asked if I wanted medium drinks. I askedif I would be refunded for the difference and was told no. They asked me if I still wanted the medium drinks or not. Well ifyou won't refund me my money then yes. I was offered no compensation or a coupon for my next visit to make up for thedifference in price for the drinks. Poor customer service. Read more
Went to try the Mexican pizza finally but they're out until tomorrow so I Got a power bowl. No utensils so idk if its good... lol... update... not sure if this is guacamole or avocado but one is missing as well as no beans or tomatoes. Read more
I would give this place a zero star if I could. They are always rude and half the time I hardly get everything I?ve ordered in... the bag and when I say something it?s like I?ve offended them, when they aren?t doing there job. Worst Taco Bell to go too. Read more
