Came through on the way home from a road trip and this establishment was busy. Thought it would take forever (ya know, in true... WAIT-a-burger fashion). However, the team that took our order took it quickly, took the time to double check all thecustomizations (three picky kids and two adults that have been trapped in the car with them all day) our food came out quick,hot, and CORRECT. I ordered a bacon and blue cheese burger but got a bacon and peppercorn ranch burger instead. Took two bites before I realized... what happened and I didn't want to wait for them to correct it so I didn't say anything while I was there. Perhaps I will get totry the blue cheese burger at some other Whataburger location at some point in my travels because it sounds really good andthat's what I went there for in the first place but I was in a bit of a hurry and the peppercorn ranch burger was plenty tasty. For over 50 years when ever I have visited this store in my travels it has ALWAYS been. Clean, friendly , and the has ALWAYS ... been fresh and hot. I've stopped 3am 5am 2pm 11-12 am and other busy and odd hours and they have ALWAYS gave great service . IHAVE DINED and I HAVE DONE TAKE OUT, ALSO!! GREAT SERVICE!!! Continue TO BE the BEST!! We've never had an issue until TONIGHT.... They made my son's burger wrong. He went up there very respectfully and asked for a... remake, she asked for recipe, he showed her .... so yes THEY MADE IT WRONG.... they then corrected the issue with some visualattitude (pics loaded). My son just dealt with it. I then noticed it was a single and not a double... I then went up thereirritated but i was gonna keep my cool until I hear "here we go again" and just went off. The pure disrespect that came fromthe cooks. It was on the receipt and YALL DIDNT PAY ATTENTION....i asked for that meal to be refunded ... a #2 large isdefinitely more than $7 but it's whatever.... The perfect honey butter chicken biscuit. I love this location. I normally drive through but even when I come in Joy at the... front knows who I am and knows the line must be long outside that I came in. It?s great to be remembered when coming in. I saw alot of new faces today. But Joy is always my fav face to see. She?s there taking orders, cleaning, enjoying customers (busy orslow) ,never standing still. She is awesome. Now for my night time going we love Ms Maria. Always have! She is awesome and takescare of the longgggg let night rushes. Great customer service. Read more
Amazing food but the wait to get it was sooooo long it almost wasn't worth it, but the lady apologized for how long it was... taking and was super nice. The pico de gallo was perfection!! Will definitely eat here again!! Read more
