Me and a few friends went and got food from here last night. No big deal. They got their food, ate it, and left before I ever... received my food. I sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting on 15 wings. Witnessed 6 other customers get their food thatordered after me, and get it before me. Worst customer service as well, asked multiple times what was going on, and every timeall I got as a response was it would be 5 more minutes. FOR AN HOUR! Wingstop has gone down hill here lately, and justfrustrating. Will get wings from elsewhere that takes half the time. Read more
The place was filthy. Dirty tables, dirty floors. The fancy touch screen soda machine was out of ice and limited flavor... options. But alas, the bone in wings and fries were on point. Even though it took them forever to prepare. Almost 40 minutes! We had the Lemon Pepper, Atomic, and Mango Habanero flavors. Good thing I only eat wings 3 times a year. Read more
Ordered on the line. Checked in got my drinks then realized there was no ice in the machine, so I asked if they had ice in the... back she said no. Then I said no problem if I can just get a refund she said yes then 15 minutes later she asked anothergentleman in spanish to get some ice from the back. I got home, 40 minutes away and had the wrong flavors. I ordered mangohabenero and lemon garlic. I received hot Buffalo and barbecue. Read more
Ordered hickory smoked BBQ bone in wings. The wings were so spicy hot that we couldn't eat them. Floors and tables were dirty.... Chairs and tables were sticky. Restaurant needs to be shut down and cleaned. Read more
Fries are awful. I don?t mind the peels but do they all have to be peels??
It's Chicken and wings what can you not do right. It was an easy online order process. The current 20 wing special is Awesome!... For $17 it feed 2 people. I ordered online told the time I would pick it up and BOOM it was ready and it was hot and fresh. Itjust didn't come with a drink, you lost a star. Read more
The Corsicana location is the worst. The cleanliness of the restaurant has been sub par & they rarely get my order right.... Recently, I ordered a combo (online) which ended up having a FRIED BUG in the fries. When I brought the order back, one of thecashiers sneered in disgust as she shook the fries around to get a better look. I requested a refund & they informed me that itwould take 3 days to credit my card. I haven't received the credit yet. Needless to say, that fried bug was the absolute laststraw.
