We have patronized this restaurant extensively during the pandemic and tipped very generously for takeout. Nice people. The rush... job through our dinner made it unenjoyable. Very, very rushed service. It's like..."hurry up, already" Yes, really without anyexaggeration. Read more

4/5. They?re doing a lot of things well, like the ambiance, staff, tea leaf salad, bao and chicken curry. However some of the... other dishes don?t quite hit the mark because it?s too saucy and sweet ( ???? green beans and noods) Read more

I've been enjoying delivery from Burmatown for the last year or so but wanted to try dining in since they moved to their new... larger location. Met a friend at the comfortable bar just before the dinner rush and enjoyed an extraordinary dinner withexceptional beers and ciders in a lively, friendly atmosphere. The wings are not to be missed, but everything else is just asgood, including an amazing affogato panna cotta dessert. Read more

At this hidden gem of a restaurant, you should completely ignore the tired Asian fusion options and go straight for the... authentic Burmese dishes. In the cooler months, a hearty spiced potato-stuffed samosa and fresh, springy egg noodles tossed withbarbecue pork and fried garlic chips will warm your soul, while in the warmer months, a nutty, crunchy, and flavorful tea leafsalad is the perfect answer to a hot summer day. It should come as no surprise that Burmatown is Corte Madera's most popularneighbor given the high quality of the food that it serves; the restaurant is popular with local families living in thesurrounding residences, who pack every single table and are attended to by friendly servers. If you are willing to go out ofyour way to visit this adorable bright-orange bungalow, the chill atmosphere will make you feel as though you have never beenaway from home. Read more

This place is hit or miss. The food is overall VERY salty. But since food standards are super low in Marin, esp for Asian food,... and most people rate for service, not flavor...it's decent for Marin standards. (Which doesn't say much) We have tried severalmenu items over time. The shrimp fun (flat noodles) was disappointing. One note, lacks flavor and super salty. It only had 2shrimps inside. There's a Burmese place in Daly City that has very tasty garlic noodles, so relatively speaking, these noodleswere just okay, doesn't have the most flavor. One note and also very salty. I do recommend the wings and ribs. They were saltybut tasty. The hoisin glaze on them are a sweet soy glaze. I used the glaze to sauce the jasmine rice in the Hawaiian basilshrimp rice. Which was also a little bland but salty. I wouldn't go out of your way for a visit, esp since there's betteroptions in the city. But since Marin has very limited, good food choices in general, it's worth a try. Read more

We had great experience at Burmatown. They have outside seating area in front of the restaurant with heaters. They have contact... less menu (scan the barcode to see an online menu). All the food we ordered was very good. The service was also great. Ourwaitress was very friendly and attentive. You can also call or order online for a curbside pickup, too. Read more
