It was good to see a smile today, and it came with an awesome meal. Went to bury my favorite 4 legged family member this... morning after a long sickness, truck broke down on the way back. No cell service to call for help, so I walked back to town.Stopped here for a break and decided to eat after getting welcomed. I'll miss my pig, but I've found a new happy place. Thankyou everyone! Guy working the drive through was really chill. Great service, okay food, but it's Arby's so I can't complain. Good job.
They didn't have the hot wing and fries special???? so I just got the nuggets and Buffalo sauce, classic roast beef sandwiches, ... 3 large curly fries and a chicken pecan salad sandwich. The pecan salad needed more salad filling and lettuce but all in allfood was great Read more
Take note of the employees working tonight?. Excellent experience the whole way through from the drive through to the last bite... of my sandwich. It was the best sandwich I?ve ever had at any Arby?s anywhere. It was what could be considered a ?complicated?order, with special requests. They didn?t miss a beat. I give the most credit to the cook tonight on 6/9/22 for this well madesandwich. But I also give credit so whomever did the food prep this day, and for the manager who (always) makes sure this placeis functioning at its top capacity. Normally the service is good. Tonight not the case. We were anxious to try the new Waygu burger. Decided to dine in. Well that... was not a good idea. When we walked in at 8:15 pm there was a family of 5 behind us. As they came in the young man working camebehind us and said you are welcome to come in but we are short staffed so I?m locking the door. Ok kind of strange. Then as weordered we were informed they were out of tomatoes and pickles for the burgers. It was very cold in the dining room so wedecided to get our meal to go. When we were given our food we could not leave as the door was still locked. When I asked thegirl working if someone could unlock the door she was very snippy and said ?you are just going to have to wait a few minutesthere are only 3 of us working. There were actually 4 of them there. Then we were ignored as we stood there with our foodgetting cold. Finally the guy that locked the door came around but did not acknowledge us. My Father-in-law was getting veryagitated and said does anyone have the key. The guy said oh yeah. Mind you it was the 3 of us and the family of 5. No one at thedrive thru. So sad. Read more
Good Beef'n Cheddar and Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches. The Mellow Yellow drink had a hint of flavor but the Coke was good. The... Strawberry and Cream Fry Pies...let's just say McDonald's pies are better. Excellent drive through service, quick and the ordertaker was easily understandable. Read more
