Went to this location only to find that the lobby was closed. So, went through the drive through only to be met with "We're out... of chicken right now". They only had tenders. The biscuits seemed dried out too. I mean, it's still KFC and still delicious,but I was pretty disappointed that I couldn't get chicken and the chicken shop. Read more

Ordered the hot wings and as soon as we got into r car the seasoning from the hot wings spilled out of the container and all... over my fiances gray pants and pull over. Not much flavor and they where dry. No need to call and complain as we won't ever stopther again. Read more
This location is incredibly short staffed?like a lot of other businesses?so the lobby is closed. We are in a huge truck and... trailer and can?t fit through the drive thru lane. THANK YOU Kimberly and Sherrie for helping me figure out how to place anorder, and feed my family of 6. Best customer service EVER. Just yesterday I went to KFC and bought a 7 piece bucket. When I received my meal I sat down at a table and noticed instead of 7... they gave me 5. Went to the counter with my bucket to get the other 2 pieces and all of them stop working and stared at me likeI was a lier. That really ticked me off. They also didn't know what to do. For Pete's sake just add 2 more pieces and go on yourway. Then the manager had to get involved. Seriously these people acted like they had no brains. Oh wait they really showed thatthey had none.
