Austin was working the cash register. We clearly stated that we wanted to do cash back. After we had followed the propts and did... tap to pay the transaction finalized without propting for cash back. We mentioned that to Austin and he made a scene about howwe entered it. But to begin with Austin knew what we wished to do and did not provide the information that he knew that weneeded. Then he said we needed to buy something else to get our cash back. Then instead of offering a solution to our issue hewas very mater of fact in asking,"So what do you want to do?" We solved the problem but had this service worker just providedthe services needed to begin with we wouldn't have had any issue. Read more
Really impressed with this gas station! We went to 5 others on the way from Moab trying to fill up our tire with air. All of the... others required quarters which we didn?t have and they couldn?t give change and/or the compressors were broken. This one tookcard and worked!! The inside was clean, and they had hot breakfast sandwiches and fresh donuts too. The staff was friendly andhelpful as well! To be honest I?d go out of my way for this gas station if I?m ever in the area again. That?s partially why I?mwriting the review so I can remember it ???? Read more

We stopped here Wednesday June 15th at around 7pm. We had spent the day in Moab and wanted a drink and to use the restroom.... Really needed to use the restroom badly!! The restrooms were closed for cleaning. I politely asked the lady cleaning them if Icould slip in real quick, only take a few seconds. "I'm not done yet." I walked to the counter hoping maybe for a Manager whowould be a little more understanding. "She should be done in five or ten more minutes. It won't be long." I said, ^I just need afew seconds." He said, " she's not done yet." Needless to say, the lack of compassion on the part of your staff has caused me togive this review. There are not any Maverick stations where I live but when in your areas I will not visit any and am suggestingnobody else does either. Your training program needs to include customer service and empathy. Read more
They clearly don?t check their products, i bought a sweet cake with mold all over it it was disgusting good thing i noticed... before i left the store or i probably wouldn?t have got refund, personally I wouldn?t recommend going here just because younever know ??????????? ***The cashier lady was pretty nice though ! Love it here. There's this employee I think his name is Austin and he was supper helpful and just ecstatic about his job and he... always has the best jokes when I mess with him. Also it's always clean and I feel bad when I interrupt they're cleaning dutys.Great stop Great fuel Great employee's. Highly recommended to stop and chat with some food.???? Read more
