Absolute nonsense was in the drive thru line with my order placed on the app beforehand. I was waiting for a full 15 minutes,... and when I finally get to the pay window, the manager tells me that "they stopped breakfast and they can't do anything about it.That's just how the system works." I used to work at this location, this is not the case. Furthermore, they have theingredients in the store AND the option to still ring up these food items. So for; A) not doing there job and B) straight uplying to me One star (If that's the claim you are going to make to get out of a SINGLE breakfast order, then maybe send a amanager out to let the customers know. The service I experienced there tonight was beyond horrible. I watched as the employees had their masks off while handling my... food and drink. They squished my sandwiches together and practically flattened them. The blonde female who took my order wasmost certainly high as a kite. Everything I said on my order she laughed at and when I paid for my order she had no mask andstill laughed when I said thank you. Whoever the manager is I?m absolutely disgusted with you and your night shift employees. McDonald?s continues to have a hard time creating and serving food that appears and tastes anything but mass produced and... assembly line made. That being said it?s hard to take off stars when the average person knows exactly what they?re getting whenthey eat at a McDonald?s. Service was friendly and the speed was adequate. McDonald?s does do Diet Coke well. From store tostore Diet Coke remains a consistent produced commodity. Read more
