Always loved pizza hut but this one is not a good one. In order to get a pizza you must call a number outside of the building... because they have no access to the dine and then you have to talk to them through a drive up window putting yourself in harmsway. If someone texting and driving and dont see you there is a possibility of getting run over. Not very safe in my book. Theattitude of the employees are a I don't care about you. My opinion save your craving for pizza hut that has better customerservice. Read more
I'm always satisfied with their pizza! If you gain enough points to gain reward points as well they will make your pizza from... the heart too. Regardless they always manage to satisfy my cravings for the best pizza made in the U.S! Read more
Giving Pizza Hut here in Cortez 1 star because that's what they deserve!!! They are never open to the "SIT DOWN--DINE IN" public... anymore & their front entrance doors is ALWAYS locked!!! Makes so many, many, many, of here locals very upset????????????????!!!NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO USE THE DRIVER WINDOW TAKE OUT DELIVERY, PIZZA HUT!!! Great pizza. We ordered take away and were surprised the doors were locked. We then realized we has to go to the drive through... window. Our grandchildren loved the pizza. Read more
The family misses being able to sit down in a dinning room and eat pizza. We live 20 minutes from town and its nice to eat the... food fresh rather then driving back and forth. Worst Experience! Do not use this location. it took HOURS to deliver our order. Received follow up from a manager and was... offered a credit. It took us a few months to use it (was trying to give them a chance to get a better setup with delivery inplace). Called to use the credit. They said they no longer had it in the system and there was nothing they could do. When Inoted I could provide the order number and everything the manager said sorry there was nothing she could do, so we are just outthe money. Read more
I?m shocked that a manger would argue with a costumer? Normally we don?t have any problems with this Pizza Hut, but today we... ordered 2 large pan crust pizzas. One with extra pepperoni and bacon and the other one with pepperoni, bacon, and black olives.However, what we received was one Pan crust and one hand tossed. The pan crust did have extra pepperoni, but instead of bacon ithad Canadian bacon and a strange smattering of onion. While the second one was hand tossed with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, andsausage. Normally you?d think no big deal, just call the restaurant and get it fixed. So we called them and they looked up theorder and said they?d remake the pizzas, but for training purposes they asked we bring one slice of each back with us. Again, wethought, no big deal and waited another 20 mins and then drove back to the restaurant. However, once there the manager looked atthe two slices through the plastic bag and said he agreed that the hand tossed one was wrong, but that the other one wascorrect. He did not bother to take it out of the bag to actually see that the slices of what he called bacon were in factCanadian bacon or to see if it had onion under the cheese like we said. Instead, he poked at it through the bag and said hewouldn?t replace that one because he said it was correct. I emphasized again that it was wrong. He wouldn?t actually take it outto check and simply refused to correct it and give us the second replacement pizza. I ended up saying I disagreed with him anddrove off with the one pizza corrected. I was absolutely shocked that first he argued with me and second that he refused tocorrect the mistake. Read more
Fery frendly staff! Its sad that the dine in is not open but they have explained to me on several occasions that they are trying... very hard to open up. And its the cheapest QUALITY pizza in town. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Read more
