The tables have been disgustingly tacky/sticky for over a year. I am surprised that it has not been addressed as it must not be... sanitary at all. The server forgot to put our order in, so we waited an exceptionally long time. The food was good when wereceived it though. Read more
I wouldn't recommend the steak never had such a cheap piece of meat in my life.. besides the fact I asked for medium and this is... rare still out on the pasture behind my house (I live on a farm).. and u see that hugeeee tendon In the middle idk who's chewingon that for 45 Mins but its not going to be me ???? do better man .. mind u ordered this yesterday and put it in the microwavefor 4 mins after the gym today and it's still this pink ???????????? did yall slap it on slap it off and put it in a box.. thissteak is terrible. Great place for drinks. Staff a little over bearing handing you your check before your 1/4 way through your meal. Food a little... over seasoned especially with salt. Rice is always over cooked and dry. Wings on combo platter were supposed to be spicy hot andthey were more mild flavor. Not enough cheese to hold a quesadilla together. Everything fell out. Onions with the 2 meals weordered tasted like leather. Quality of meals etc. went down hill even though prices went up. Read more
I'm so glad I can come back and change my review! Our server tonight Reece totally redeemed the Cortland locations previously... low star rating. She was upbeat and peppy! Such a rare occurrence these days. She definitely sold me on a blue raspberrylemonade when I would have just ordered water. Her personality is a great asset in her field. Friendly, attentive, and funny. -and our food was hot, fresh, and timely. Read more
Whenever I eat in everything is great. Service, food, cleanliness all well and good. The few (4 or 5) times I've done to-go... orders have been the issue. Once my order was messed up (no biggie). Another time my food was stone cold and I was there 5 minsearly for the designated pickup time (not okay). Another time we ended up waiting 15 mins for the order to be ready but at leastit was hot. Just highly inconsistent. Eat in? Sure, head on over. To go? Eh roll the dice and try your luck. Read more
Our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive and made sure our food was good, which it was delicious! I ordered the... southwest chicken bowl and a lemonade and my boyfriend ordered the fish and chips and a Blue Moon. We even went out on a busyFriday but still had amazing service and a wonderful experience :) Read more
