This time my coffee was perfect. Fresh, hot coffee with the amount of cream and sugar I asked for, stirred up good. Sometimes... it's not so good. Maybe warm and can barely taste the sugar, either it's not put in or they don't stir it and the sugar sits onthe bottom which is annoying because it's hard to stir my coffee while driving. For quite some time now the morning rush time has been handled single handedly by one employee. Yesterday morning I ordered from... the app "on the go" which is supposed to guarantee that you can "skip the line"and not have to wait. Unfortunately I was in thestore for 30 minutes because my order hadn't even been pulled until I pointed it out! If I hadn't already paid, I would haveleft after realizing that there was only ONE person working both front counter and drive thru. It is not the fault of theemployee working, but having to wait for 10 drive thru orders to be filled and then having to remind the poor woman repeatedlythat parts of the order were missing is unfair to everyone involved. If you go to this store during the morning rush, beprepared to be frustrated until they can get it together. Read more
