Cheap pizza that I like. It's hard to beat that hot and ready deal, especially in a hurry. You could do a blind taste test and... easily say "I know that pizza!" Why not 5 stars? We ordered the newest promotional pizza fanceroni pepperoni and were greatly disappointed. The description is as... follows...Little Caesar's Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza features a large, round pizza topped from edge-to-edge with "over 100crispy Old World Pepperonis" as well as crisped cheese to the very edges. Not only was it missing over 30 pieces of pepperonibut it was also missing the "crisped cheese to the very edge". Upon talking to customer service I was forwarded to the Cortlandlocations owner Mike who offered a replacement....within a "few days", which is actually a firm time limit of 48hrs, apparently.Not only were we disappointed with the first pizza our replacement was not honored. We had ordered two pizzas without sauce because my mom is deathly allergic to tomatoes and one was made with no sauce and the... other had sauce on it. We didn?t realize it until after my mom ate some and she couldn?t breathe and had to go to the hospital.My brother called and told the manager and she basically said oh well I hope your mom gets better ???? Do not order from this place. I got my food delivered and was missing items. The food was cold AS well. I called to speak with... someone about this and was told by the employee that it wasn't their problem and to call door dash. I asked how this is NOT yourproblem and to please get me the manager. I overheard the employee complaining to her manager about me. HOW IS IT MY FAULT THATYOU FORGOT SOME OF MY ITEMS AND FOOD WAS COLD??? Then the manager got on the phone and was extremely rude to me as well. How isany of this proper customer service???? This will be the second time this has happened. Terrible raw pizza dough raw food multiple times when I order from them the food looks like vomit and quite frankly I'd advise... you to eat a babies diaper cuz it has more edible features than the food does from here learn to check your food before you sendit out I was half tempted to take it back and throw it at you lazy nimrods but I don't want an assault charge so a review isgood enough will never order from a little Caesars again Read more
