Amazing experience! My 5 year old son and I love our weekly dinners in this particular Subway location for a reason........ actually, several reasons. The staff are all amiable and seem to be naturals with kids. The staff had a fun demeanor thatindicated to me that they enjoy working together. Thanks for a great string of experiences. Ok so my first review must have been removed.. after having a conversation with district manager, and time has past to improve... I went back. I sat at a table and ordered from my app. Watched as one employee ate food behind the line wiped his mouth then putgloves on to start preparing customers who walked in after my ap said recieved minutes later finally said started in process..notice food in the photos.. on the floor window seals tables.. also notice the dust on windows food been there a while.. myorder was to be ready at 745 it was done and picked up at 752 the one employee apologized for the delay.. since he made the 3subs himself as the other employee was more interested in flirting with the girl in a halter top and her friend. Oh and btw theapp said done at 745 while the subs were still in process hence that picture. Read more

I've always been impressed with the service at this location. Recently I received a mobile order that was a 6 inch instead of a... footlong that I ordered. (It was sealed) The store helped me out when I called and made it right. Support local businesses likethis one. Read more

Absolutely horrible service. I'd give them zero stars if it were at all possible. Screwed up our order and shifted the blame... somehow to doordash because they delivered it. Read more

The Sandwich Artist did a fantastic job but he was completely alone. So I waited in line for 20+ minites for 2 cold subs. ... Obviously the Subway corporation is not broke, and they pay their workers min. wage. So maybe staffing 2 ppl in the evening? Just a thought. Cheap a holes Read more

I just had the best experience today! I forgot to add sub oil and seasoning when I placed my order online. The you lady... graciously offered to open my sandwich up and fix it! Even though I couldn't see her smell I heard and felt she was smiling! Iwill definitely come back again when I'm working in the area!!! Thank Subway!!! Read more

I hadn't been to this particular subway in years, and I regret ordering from them today. It was about 8pm... They close at 10 so... the guy there wasn't rushed at the last second or anything. I ordered two subs with the app. In the comments, I asked theemployee to toast my sub with the veggies on. Fast forward 20 minutes, I've got the food with me at my dinner table. Quickservice. However, my sub (steak) was not toasted at all...definitely not toasted with the veggies like I had asked. Yuck. Theworst part honestly was that the subs were absolutely overloaded. I love veggies. Even extra veggies... Load them on. But thiswas outrageous. Way too much for even half of them to stay inside the bread. A really terrible meal. I won't be going back. Read more
