Went through about 7am on 10/8. Ordered 2 drinks, 2 donuts and 1 bagel with butter. Staff was friendly, service was quick.... However when I opened my bagel there was literally a glob of butter all over the bagel, the wrapper, everywhere! Couldn't eatthe product!! Read more
When I pulled up to the drive thru asked me if I wanted a pumpkin donut and at the end of my order I ordered a donut assortment... and asked for a couple pumpkin donuts. And than she said they were out... ???????? Read more
Waited a long time in drive through line. They were out of double chocolate donuts. I ordered a chocolate glaze instead and a... small coffee with cream. I waited a long time at the second window for them to get my donut and coffee. I watched while theymade fancy large drinks. Finally, a girl came to the window. She thought I had ordered something else. When I told her myorder, she handed me the coffee, which had been waiting there all along. I drove off. The coffee had no cream in it. Nocream container was in the bag. The donut was good, though not as good as the double chocolate. I couldn't drink the coffee. What stands out the most is the extremely slow service. I was handed a coffee with the cap opened and as it was handed to me spilled on my hand. a hot coffee. The lid was also not on... all the way and spilled all over my cup holder. I got to work to find that my bagel that was supposed to be 'toasted dark' looksas if it were just pulled out of the bag. If this is even considered 'toasted' I would be surprised. The staff at the window wassuper nice and pleasant, but the presentation of the product was poor. Read more

WORST DUNKIN EVER. It wasn't like this before, it used to be better. Management here is terrible, EVERY time I go here. The... employees at the window ALWAYS have an attitude, and you always feel rushed taking your order in the drive through. They neverhave anything in stock, always out of the most basic things like blueberry donuts, or enough munchkins. What dunkin only has 5glazed munchkins left and two flavors in stock? This is a donut shop right? Then have donuts in stock. The drinks either tastelike water or too overwhelming with a sour taste. They always slap and throw the doughnuts in the bag, with NO napkins EVER. Thedonuts I ordered that they had (I was forced to order a strawberry donuts cause they never have anything else) didn't even havesprinkles, when they had sprinkles in the picture, and the donut was face down in the bag, with the frosting melted and thedonut hard. Donuts are always hard. Absolutely nasty at this dunkin. Shame on you, do better. Hire people that know how to havea decent attitude. Read more
