Rude front desk woman . I inquired about soup , she proceeded to tell me rudely it would take 10 minutes to heat up ? not ?would... you like some , no problem ? . I spent $130 on my order . I also found a huge white or blond hair in my chicken balls. I havebeen ordering from this restaurant my entire life and after dealing with her and the hair I will never go back . This is the 3rd time we ordered the Chinese food that was the absolute best from 2012 till a couple of years ago. The 3 last... times an item has been forgotten and even though it was only a missing egg roll this time, the waitress chose to argue with methat the lady who packed it did put a paper bag with the roll in our bag! Really! It was a matter of wanting the egg roll thatprompted my call so I was basically called a liar even after I told her exactly what came in the large bag! This is the lasttime we?ll order from them?.if they feel the need to lie about a $2.40 egg roll?.we?ll go elsewhere! Shame! Read more
Ordered dinner.. paid 65 bucks and left a tip.. Now I am going to sarnia for the same order these guys messed up and did nothing... to correct.. beef chow mein was undercooked... chicken balls where leftovers with batter... rice was dry and hard... and I paidfor egg rolls .. did I get them... nooo ... grrrr Read more
Ordered a Dinner for 1 and a Cantonese chow mein. Dinner for 1 was good, well portioned and decently priced with a decent amount... of flavour. On the other hand the Cantonese chow mein having nearly no sauce, lacked all flavour and had what seemed to be justboiled noodles. Dish/noodles were watery and couldn?t eat more than a couple bites. Overall the dinner was good but afterreading the reviews I think I would have avoided the extra dish. Read more
We love the food and service but don?t appreciate cold plates, serving dishes or cold food. The only reason I was unable to give... five stars was because of the cold food, it really is a shame as the flavours are excellent and the service is knowledgeable,friendly and quick! Food was actually really good. Other than the fact that the decor looks like it was out of my grandmothershouse, everything was awesome and really fresh. We left full but without that greasy oily feel when you consume boat loads ofChinese food. Will be back for sure! Read more
