The staff are friendly but we literally paid 46 dollars for our food and I arrived at 6:50pm and was told it would take a couple... of minutes. Well a couple of minutes turned into almost 20 minutes and I was never even given an apology for the wait even thothe guy who checked in with me knew I was waiting. Visited tonight. Place wasn't very busy when we were seated. Waitress didn't check back in after food was delivered. We had to... ask someone else for napkins and silverware. Had to then ask again for refills. My son sat with an empty glass almost all ofdinner. We were literally sharing waters because the little ones were thirsty. Food was good, probably some of the best wings (traditional) I've ever had at Buffalo wild wings. Our waitress was very kind but... didn't check in often enough, and the 2 cocktails the table ordered took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table. I realize alot of restaurants and service industry places are understaffed lately, but there really weren't that many people in therestaurant anyways. At 1:10 Monday aftenoon. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came out to see we were waiting to be seated there were 2 tables... that had been served. We ordered and then 4 more tables trickled in.
