The staff are friendly but we literally paid 46 dollars for our food and I arrived at 6:50pm and was told it would take a couple... of minutes. Well a couple of minutes turned into almost 20 minutes and I was never even given an apology for the wait even thothe guy who checked in with me knew I was waiting. Visited tonight. Place wasn't very busy when we were seated. Waitress didn't check back in after food was delivered. We had to... ask someone else for napkins and silverware. Had to then ask again for refills. My son sat with an empty glass almost all ofdinner. We were literally sharing waters because the little ones were thirsty. Husband and I each got the sampler and the nachoshad no chicken so they took $5 off our bill. For the bad service and $72 bill we won't be back. Read more
Food was good, probably some of the best wings (traditional) I've ever had at Buffalo wild wings. Our waitress was very kind but... didn't check in often enough, and the 2 cocktails the table ordered took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table. I realize alot of restaurants and service industry places are understaffed lately, but there really weren't that many people in therestaurant anyways. If this restaurant in particular cannot keep up, it should limit dine in customers. Read more
At 1:10 Monday aftenoon. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came out to see we were waiting to be seated there were 2 tables... that had been served. We ordered and then 4 more tables trickled in. My husband and I come in regularly and enjoy sitting in the bar area. Our favorites are the boneless Parmesan garlic wings and... he likes the smoked brisket burger. The only reason I am writing this review is since we have ever gone here we have loved theoriginal carrots that were sliced big carrots and now they only serve baby carrots. It’s not the same. I know it’s apreference but we like to order extra. I don’t know if it’s only us that cares but I wanted to share our opinion. Maybeothers feel the same? Read more
Unfortunately, we visited right after Power Hour so the restaurant was fairly busy. We waited around 10 minutes to get seated... and 15 minutes before we were able to flag down a waitress and get our order taken. Despite the wait, Rylee was such asweetheart! She checked in on us frequently, and our food came out right as we were finishing up our appetizers (side note: Ithink the mozzarella sticks could've been a bit more golden brown, but they were still good) She also gave us extra napkins andto-go boxes for our leftovers. i’m absolutely disgusted i found literal feathers in my wings and i called to tell them not because i was angry but just... because i wanted to warn them that they had LITERAL feathers in their food and all they had to say was “are you sure they’refrom us?” “maybe your uber eats driver did something to them” the only good from i got calling was them telling me nexttime i come in i can get a free 6 piece but i declined because i will not be buying from them ever again. if i could i wouldgive a 0 star review but that’s not possible so i give you a 1. Open late night. One of the only places to go for a late night dinner. The food was good and the service was very nice. But the... food was not up to the level of other buffalo wings I’ve been to.
