The spinach artichoke dip was fabulous! Definitely going back just for that! We also had the tuna melt and the Korean Rice bowl,... both great alternatives for those who don?t care for burgers. I look forward to returning! Read more

An excellent place for good food and some authentic European beers. Soft lighting and inviting atmosphere as you walk in.... Bustling, yet quiet environment suitable for a business meeting. Service was great and knowledgeable. Did was above average andprepared as ordered. Prices as expected. Next time I'm in Corvallis I'll stop by. Read more

Best donuts in town during Saturday & Sunday brunch. Note there is only one flavor of donut available, but the flavor will... change every few weeks. Apple and peach glazes are great. Their "winter spice" is horrible in the same manner that pumpkin-spicelatte is horrible. Chocolate flavored donuts are meh. If they have a lousy flavor during your visit, then just order a waffle --it is yeastily amazing. Also agree with other commenters about never sit in the southwest corner table -- the ventilation draftis uncomfortable. On the very positive Caves has sound dampening panels so you can actual have/hear a conversation. Read more

Delicious food we tried. The bartender was so helpful and knowledgeable with what type of beers we wanted. Awesome atmosphere.

One of the best high end bars and restaurants in Corvallis. An exhaustive draught list includes beers of all styles, wines,... ciders, whiskeys and mixed drinks. Fresh hand made foods from the kitchen including artisan sliders, stuffed mushrooms, friesand beer cheese pretzels. This has been a go-to location for me for years for a consistently high quality dining experience.Personable staff only enhance the prevailing calm and welcome atmosphere. This location is a must visit for beer or foodconnoisseurs in the Corvallis area, and a personal favorite. Read more

Best food experience I had in Corvallis in my six years of calling Corvallis home. Unfortunately, I didn't discover Caves Bier... until our last night in town, before moving to Washington. But we'll be back, if only to eat here again! Read more

Phenomenal beer selection. The book of beers has a table of contents! Huge variety of styles. Always a good selection of draft... beers and a massive selection of bottled. The food is great. Their ice cream is out of this world. One evening their soup was acreamy saffron bisque with mussels, and I had to go back the next day for more. They also have a uniquely delicious brunch menu. You can get Geuze-mosas, which taste simultaneously sacrilegious and delicious. Read more
