We ordered on the app and accepted the selected time it gave us for pick-up. They hadn't even started our order when we arrived... on time. The inside of the restaurant was really dirty...all tables were dirty. The food was good though! Read more
Showed up a half hour before close and they said no more rice for the night. I could understand not wanting to make food when... you close soon because you don?t want to waste money but to run out of the cheapest ingredient and not make more just becauseyou?d rather get ahead on closing tasks in the kitchen is absurd. Food is good (when they have it) but my main reason for docking stars is the fact that they are always missing items. Today's... sign said "no bowls, tacos, chips, queso, or card payments". I asked if I could get a bowl but served in a lid but they were outof lids as well. I know there are supply chain problems everywhere but at some point either improve it or close for the day.This location is crazy. Read more
My family and I, on multiple occasions have ordered the burrito bowls from this Chipotle and been shorted on lettuce. This... basically is a bowl of beans and rice and about 5 pieces of lettuce. I don't understand why skimping on lettuce is somethingthat happens at this location, but it's extremely disappointing. Read more
Love the food. Always speedy service. 4 stars is because the never read if you want extra or less of a serving.
