The pizza served here is consistently burnt. Cidicci?s in Albany used to be my favorite, so I am quite disappointed about the... lack of quality at this location. Seriously how do you burn the pizza every time? Read more

Extremely disappointed. Paid a hefty price for two pizzas... the crust is hard as a rock and burnt. Very little toppings. I... think I counted 5 slivers of lettuce on a taco pizza! Will definitely never order from here again. Read more

Used to be my favorite place for pizza. Now 3 of the last 5 times Ive ordered they cannot seem to get the orders right. I ask... for no mushrooms, and they come with mushrooms. And the jojo's are overcooked and crunchy. No longer will I return to thisrestaurant. Read more

Listen to the other reviews. I walked in and waited to pick up my pizza I had ordered over the phone. After waiting a few... minutes and speaking to one of the employees, they said they would go grab my pizza for me. I watched as an employee wentstraight from cleaning tables with a cloth to touching my pizza to cut it and place it in the box. All without gloves orhandwashing. The pizza itself is overpriced for subpar taste. Crust is dry and the toppings were centered in the middle thepizza. The venue looks sad. This place has potential. But I don?t think it will be around long enough to reach that. Read more

I am stretching it by giving it one star. Had to find the two teenagers who were working and then interrupt their phone time to... place an order. After waiting 40 minutes and not getting our pizza or even smelling it baking my friend asked where our orderwas. Apparently they forgot to make it since they were busy with their phones. They didn't even answer the restaurant phone whenit rang. There were many dirty tables with dirty dishes. I won't be going back there again. Won't recommend it either. Read more

Gotta be honest I never considered myself a huge fan after going to Albany locations on occasion for years, not becuae of them,... but b3cuae I am from the east coast and preferred super thin pizza. Now that I have realized NY Pizza is not a thing here and Ihave gotten used to thicker Pizza crust it has grown on me. Been grabbing a large every Friday for a few months and completelyaddicted; love it. Killer small curled pepperoni and generous with the cheese. Also we need to support local restaurants oh, andthese guys have been around at least since I was in high school. Keep making good pizza and I'll keep coming in. Read more

Over-baked pizza served on a cheap paper plate. While the staff were friendly, this Ciddici's location lacks identity both in... the environment and in their pizza. The Food - Wings were tasty, but the pizza was overly greasy and the crust was crunchy andhard which meant it was over-baked. Servers were observed taking orders, and then directly touching food with their bare hands. No sanitary measures taken (washing hands, gloves etc.). The Menu - A wide array of pizza options, ranging from individualsizes to larger sizes. They also have American classics such as JoJo's, a hamburger, sandwiches, beer and sodas. Atmosphere -Unfinished. Wait staff were observed at the till texting on personal phones. It felt like the place was going out rather thanjust coming into town. All in All 2/5 - This Ciddici's location felt like an after-thought rather than something new andexciting. You can sacrifice most things in a restaurant, but sanitation and sub-par food is not one of them. I do hope thingsget better! Read more
