First reason is the drive thru line always backs up 3rd street traffic. Second reason is the service was slow. 20 minutes for a... single blizzards a little ridiculous. Tried to use coupons I got in the mail and they said they weren't a participating location. It's strange the coupons don't work... since I live in the same zip code as the restaurant. consistency is important in fast food, and this DQ is consistently under-par with what you can expect from their ice cream. the... cones are sloppy, or undersized. the blizzards rarely are mixed all the way, are missing ingredients or short-handed in theamount of fillings to match the brand DQ advertises. take a moment and retrain your staff to do it right, and to slow down.having customers come back becuase their ice cream order is off takes way more time than doing it right the first time. I'veeven gone back to ask for a replacement, and the staff continue to double down on doing nothing wrong or off brand. I've givethis location too many second chances, and I'm consistently disappointed compared to every Midwest DQ I've been to. Read more
Staff were friendly but this dq only does $7 deals 11am-4pm. The food was good but just really over priced. $13.09 for 4 chicken... strips, some fries, 1 slice of bread and a small blizzard. Read more
Unfortunately... This was not the best experience. But, the refund was not AS delayed as the food... Which never got to us. I... did however, enjoy the rootbeer after I washed my hands from the dropping soda vendor. Maybe it was just an off day for themall. *Frown* Good luck if you visit it. It's hard for me to admit, but Dairy Queen is becoming slightly underrated. What I love about it is that it's always empty..... Like seriously empty. The 'food' is fine..but it's atmosphere is like the most abandoned diner imaginable. It really is theperfect place to go on a depressing Friday night. I highly recommend. Read more
I was at this location today and there was a woman in a walker that complained to the front staff that there is no handicap... accessable entrances open. This was true. They always have the only door with a ramp locked for whatever reason. I do door dashand come there frequently. The door has been this way for months. Always locked. She had a valid point, she was frustrated andhad a very hard time getting up the stairs inside and bringing her walker. My problem is A) It is a federal law to have accessfor persons with disabilities. And one is not offered at this location. B) When the lady asked for a manager. People shruggedand said there isn't one. After the guy behind the counter helped her outside, (which was kind), another person came in toaddress the situation. The people behind the counter just stared at her. She asked for a manager, they said there isn't one,then when she asked for a store number and information they really almost didn't want to help her. They could not give an answerabout the door besides " its always been like that". After it was all said and done, they said others have complained aboutit. I feel this needs to be addressed. Read more
